Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

The laser jet M12w works well when connected by USB but I am unable to establish a wifi connection. I have tried with multiple devices and with a router, and none of them "see" the printer. When I press the wireless button no blue light comes on but the blinking green light does go solid for a period of minutes. During this time I try to connect and have no success.
