This is ridiculous!  I am ready to stomp this POS into the ground and never buy another F^#*ing HP anything again.  TOTAL CRAP!!!

I have a Mac and a HP15W (new) - 6/1/20.

The printer works fine at home on WiFi.  I want to take the printer and MacBook to another WiFi  location.  Can I set it up so I can print at either location?

I set up a new WiFi network and I, like many others, can't get my printer over to a new network. Can you please send me the instructions on how to do the factory reset so I can get it up and running again?
