This printer hasn’t worked consistently properly since I got it (who knows when that was). Today I got it to print wirelessly (finally) and tried to update the firmware but get the message “connection error check Internet connection”. Ran wireless network test and it says all is hunky dory, but I can’t update the firmware. Help!
(crossposting from software and drivers section since I don’t know which issue this best fits)
