case#s,  CRM:[edited].  Can anyone recommend a good attorney? I’m seeking damages for HP’s ink cartridges damaging my office jet pro 6968 all in one. HP keep refusing to replace my printer, where their ink spilled into the well. Hp is telling me because my printer isn’t under warranty any more, they can’t replace it.

Warranty has nothing to do with the fact that THEIR ink cartridge which i purchased monthly from HP was defective and spilled into the well of my printer, stopping it from working. My printer was in great condition, as I don’t use it often.

I can’t believe that I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for years, used their ink replacement monthly charge and Hp is treating me like this.

I’ve emailed HP”s CEO,  they didn’t care or resolve my issue, so I made a complaint to consumer affairs and Better Business bureau.

My next step is to find an attorney, or see if I can file myself with the courts.

This is a shame the HP CEOs/ HP company can’t AFFORD to replace my Hp printer that THEIR DEFECTIVE  ink product damaged. They’d rather a lawsuit be brought against them for a $300 printer they manufactured.

Until I get my replacement printer or get a court judgment for the monetary  value of my damaged printer against HP. I’m advocating for people NOT to purchase HP printers or ink replacement plan based off of my personal experiences and research for the wrongs that HP are doing to their customers.
