Hello, I have had this printer for a while, but recently I wanted the printer to be connected through the ethernet port (I know it does not support wifi) but using the Hp Smart app, it shows that the ethernet option is "Not Connected" despite I checked for everything, and made sure everything is working alright. New ethernet cable (cat 6) that I clipped myself, and tested by not only the tester but other devices. I also made sure I did the setup correctly, only when I want to add a new device, it shows up with the local IP that the printer is using but when I come to add it a message says " Check if the device is up and running" error, which the printer is. If there is any way to fix that issue, that would be a big help for my home office.
