Product: OfficeJet 8700

I was trying to access EWS (Embedded Web Server) to reset my scan to email features. When I got into my EWS, it says that all features are locked and show the lock icon on all departments. I have tried typing in admin as the username with having a blank password, resetting the network settings on the printer, etc. and nothing has helped.

I understand that the EWS page is locked and you want to reset it, I am glad to assist you.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
