Havent used my HP Deskjet 2725 in a few years and my wifi has changed. I originally registered this device with HP under my school email that I no longer have access to. I tried sending the code to my new email but it didnt work. I am just trying to connect this printer to my new account but nothing works because there is a password i have to enter to connect via my phone on wifi and none of my known passwords are working with it. Please help.

Hi @Jc18463,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
Let's try restoring the printer to the original factory defaults
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Printer Maintenance.
3. Touch Restore.
4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
5. Touch Continue.
