Nothing works as I am completely locked out. Called HP, finally got a hold of someone, gave me another number, called it. Spent 20 minutes on prompts, then hung up on me. There has to be a way to fix when you move.
every option above is locked and says “This printer has been locked by the person who set up this printer”
I guess HP just requires you to buy a new printer every time you move or change networks?
im starting to believe that I will never buy HP again.
