@Bphat, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP printer was previously connected to Wi-Fi and stopped working after being unplugged, it may have lost its network settings or IP address. Here are some steps to help you reconnect it:
Option 1: Use HP Smart App (Recommended)
Download HP Smart:
If you haven’t already, install the HP Smart app on your phone or PC:
HP Smart
Open HP Smart and click “+” to add your printer.
Follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi.
- If the printer isn’t found, proceed to reset the network settings (see below).
Option 2: Manual Wi-Fi Setup via Printer Control Panel
If your printer has a touchscreen or buttons:
- Go to Settings > Network Setup > Wireless Settings.
- Select Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
Option 3: Reset Network Settings (if printer isn’t connecting)
- For printers with a touchscreen: Go to Setup > Network Setup or Settings > Restore Network Settings.
- For printers without a touchscreen: Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button until the power light blinks.
- This resets the network settings and enables setup mode.
