HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

I use my HP Color LaserJet MFP M283fdw (F00253) using the HP Smart app for Mac. I find that I frequently lose wireless connection with the printer. To reestablish wireless connection, and to establish wireless connection when I have not used the printer for a few hours, I need to switch the printer off and on, quite the HP Smart app and restart it, then wait quite some time for the printer to connect. I do not have a large house and both my Mac and the printer have a strong signal connection with our router. I do not experience any other devices in my home, such as mobile phones, tablets, Apple TV units, laptops, lose wireless connection. This problem only arises with my HP printer. Also, when using the HP Smart app, it repeatedly opens a pop-up window asking me if I'm enjoying using the HP Smart app. When this happens, it often kills the wireless connection with the printer. Is there any way I can stop the HP Smart app from repeatedly (and incredibly frustratingly) asking me if I'm enjoying my experience with it. I feel like it thinks we in some kind of relationship and it's got an insecure attachment style, constantly fretting about whether "we're still good", and, just like being in a relationship with someone with an insecure attachment style, I just want to tell HP Smart to see a professional to help it address its insecurities because I'm not qualified to support in that way (... although, I am a psychotherapist, but only for humans).
