Hi all

 

I have been successfully using my HP Envy printer - 6020e for a few months now with no problems.

All of a sudden it will not connect to the wifi.  I have tried resetting router, wifi button on back of printer and turning on and off to no avail.

the printer is still showing on my app but just says offline.

Help!  its driving me mad.
