HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I lost wireless connectivity on the printer. The wireless light is flashing blue and the web services light is flashing amber. The wi-fi direct icon is on.and an icon below this one is flashing (don't know what it is). I powered off the router and the printer but this did not change the status.

Hi @gh1442

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you lost the wireless connectivity. I like to help!

Have you done any changes to the printer or router?

Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4Ghz network or 5Ghz network?

Meanwhile, follow the steps below.

Note: Check the router band: Many routers can operate in both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz frequency bands, but not all HP printers support both bands. Make sure the 2.4 GHz router band is enabled and broadcasting. If the router broadcasts separate network names (SSIDs) for each band, connect the printer to the 2.4 GHz band SSID.

Perform restore network settings to default settings

● Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Connect the printer using the USB connection. In case you want to try from USB, you may also refer to this link here.

Keep me posted, on how it goes!
