Hi @Retiredearly,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that your HP LaserJet printers (M15w and M110w) are showing as offline after your Xfinity modem or router was replaced, it is likely due to network configuration changes. Here’s how you can reconnect your printers to your new network:

Reconnect to the Wireless Network:

  • Make sure your new router/modem is turned on and operational.
  • On the HP LaserJet printers, reset the wireless settings by following the printer's specific instructions. This typically involves pressing the Wireless button until it starts blinking, indicating the printer is in Wi-Fi setup mode.

Use HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your iPad or iPhone, if you haven't already.
  • Open the app, then tap on the plus sign (+) to add a new printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Ensure the printers are powered on and within range of your Wi-Fi signal.
  • Check that the printer's Wi-Fi light is on or blinking, indicating it is attempting to connect to the network.

Update Printer Drivers (for use with computers):

  • If you’ll be using a computer, ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed. Visit the HP Support website and enter your printer model number to download the latest drivers and software.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your modem/router by unplugging it, waiting a minute, and plugging it back in.
  • Restart your printers after setting them to connect to the new Wi-Fi network.

Confirm Network Configuration:

  • Make sure your devices (iPads, iPhones) and your printer are all connected to the same network SSID.
  • Some routers have multiple bands or separate guest networks, so ensure they are on the same one.

Take care and have an amazing day!
