Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.
HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an M102W that was previously  set to one wireless network. I successfully changed the Wi Fi to a new network; but, the IPV4 address is still the old address and after running the "complete solution" software I get the message that the printer and computer are on different networks.

Following the reset instructions have not worked.

I have atttemtped to contact the IPV4 address on the network that the printer is on, but no joy. Also the HP App does not work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to WiFi , I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform an NVRAM reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
