My M110we has the ! flashing. Says that it is not connected to the internet, but it is. When I run a scan of everything connected to my network it shows up. When I print the status page it shows connected. When I try to print it says it's offline. HP Smat app says its low on ink, but the printout has a status of Normal. I've reset and completed all of the troubleshooting steps out there. The printer has been manually reset according to troubleshooting instructions. Any suggestions??

Can't print on an HP+ or Instant Ink enrolled printer
Not connected to the Internet is typically a Web Services issue.
What?
- Web Services connects the printer to services, for example, HP+, Instant Ink, perhaps some mobile printing options
- Connecting to your local network supports local printing and scanning
The two are slightly different animals.
I know enough about Laser Printers to get into minor trouble -- and then hear about it from colleagues who know better. Smiling,

Were this mine to do -- and because this is very likely an HP+ printer -- I'd contact HP+ Support and see if they can help you get that printer connected to the Internet.
