Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We've been using the M283 for several years over a USB connection. Now, I'm trying to put in on our network. HP Smart and HPEasyStart_16_7_5 both find the printer, but will not install the driver. HP Smart shows that the driver is unavailable; and HPEasyStart_16_7_5 finds a driver, but then doesn't find the printer. I have given the printer a static IP address, and I can ping it from anywhere on the network. I also found the note about Error 79, and while I'm not getting that, I have turned off IPv6 in the printer. Help! It really shouldn't be this hard. Thanks.
