Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a MFP M480 all in one printer.  The printer always goes offline randomly.   I can successfully print one minute than the next it is offline and have to restart the printer (takes about 5-10 minutes to restart).   I just updated the firmware yesterday but still has the same issue where it will work one minute then will end up going offline.  Timing on when it goes offline is not consistent but would love some help to find a resolution.
