OUR INTERNET ROUTER WAS UPGRADED ON FRIDAY.
I AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET ON MY PC
I SHOW WIFI IS ALSO CONNECTED ON PRINTER
I AM GETTING AN PRINTER IS OFFLINE ERROR BUT I CAN RANDOMLY PRINT FROM MY PHONE EMAIL
I AM TURNED EVERYTHING OFF AND REBOOTED THEW ROUTER
I AM ALSO GETTING A RANDOM DRIVER ERROR MESSAGE

Verify Printer Connection:
- Make sure your printer is truly connected to the same network as your PC. Sometimes, after a router upgrade, the printer might connect to the wrong network or SSID.
- Reconnect your printer to the WiFi network through the printer settings.
Set Printer Online:
- On your computer, go to "Devices and Printers".
- Find your HP 2700 series printer and right-click on it.
- If the option “Use Printer Offline” is checked, uncheck it to bring the printer online.
