Hello,

 

My mac will not connect to my HP Smart Tank 5101.  Other Mac users are printing wirelessly without a problem.  We have tried to go through the HP Smart app to connect the device and it's not found by the computer.  Sometimes (not always) the printer shows up in the Printer Settings, but when I try to add it I receive an error message that the computer cannot communicate with the printer. 

 

My product is a few weeks out of warranty and I cannot talk to anyone in person.  Help please!
