Hi @ScreenNamein24,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To obtain the MAC address for an HP Envy 6400e printer, you can try the following steps.

  • Printer Menu: On the printer's control panel, navigate to the menu options.
  • Information Button: Locate the "Information" or "Info" button on the control panel.
  • Accessing Network Information: Press and hold the "Information" button for a few seconds until a network information page or menu appears on the printer's display.
  • Locate MAC Address: Look for the MAC address information on the network information page. It might be listed as "MAC address," "Ethernet address," or something similar.
  • Note Down MAC Address: Once you've located the MAC address, write it down or take note of it for your reference.

If you're unable to find the MAC address using the above method, you can also try accessing the printer's web interface from a computer connected to the same network. From there, you should be able to find network configuration settings, including the MAC address.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
