Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hello community.  My MacBook Pro and HP Envy 5055 were working fine until a few days ago.  Printing and MacBook are not communicating.   I have updated MacBook to latest operating system - Ventura 13.1.  I have also tried every suggestion from Apple support and still cannot get them two to communicate.

 

My husband can printing with no issue - he has a PC and using the same printer.

Update the firmware and driver from this link and see how it goes. 

 

Also, try the steps from this document and see how it goes.
