Hallo,

 

ich hoffe, dass ich hier Hilfe bekomme. Mein Drucker scannt und kopiert in Farbe. Gebe ich ihm allerdings einen Druckauftrag, kommt lediglich schwarz/weiß heraus, obwohl ich Druckart "Farbe" angegeben habe. Kennt jemand das Problem und kann mir behilflich sein bei der Lösung?

Von unserem Rechner und vom Laptop meines Mannes druckt er die Aufträge auch in Farbe, nur von meinem Laptop nicht. Bin etwas ratlos.
