I do not have a WPS on my router and the printer will not discover the WiFi. I recently moved and had to change the connection and had done this once before and had to reset the printer to the “new out of box settings” so that I can configure the WiFi in the HP Smart app but I forgot the procedure. Could I please have help with this problem.

I'd like to help!
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
