Here are steps to resolve it:
1. Update or Reinstall Drivers
- Visit the HP Support page for your printer model and download the latest drivers.
- Install the drivers and restart your computer.
2. Check Printer Status
- Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on your printer and select Use Printer Online if it's listed as offline.
3. Reset Printer and Network
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Restart your router and computer.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
4. Use HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor from the link below to quickly and automatically perform several troubleshooting tasks known to resolve this issue.

5. Verify Network Connection
- Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
