Have an HP Envy Pro 6455 all in one... Recently moved to a new house. Have the same network name, but the password changed. Can't get the computer or phone to recognize the printer... or find it at all. The ridiculous virtual agent is useless, and the so-called smart app does not offer me to download new driver. How can I set up the printer again?

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Suggest to do a reset of the wireless and then setup and connect to the netwrok with HP Smart app.
These resources will be useful:
Reset wireless

Connect to network (iOS also have HP Smart):

Hope that helps!

I appreciate the attempt, but this is what I was already doing. I've reset the wireless network a few times, but nothing.
The printer does not appear in the HP app. Or on the find printer settings. The printer doesn't appear in the WiFi list. It doesn't appear anywhere. It is as if the printer is not there.

And I've been searching here for other people with the same issue. People solve the issue by pressing the wifi button on the back... no wifi button on the back of this one, just a single power button. Pressing and holding the wifi icon on the front does not change anything. The light is continuously flashing and no printer shows up anywhere.

Hi @dskatpeters
Thw Wifi button is at the BACK of the printer. It's small and you can use a pen cap to press on the wifi button.
After Reset, the Edge lighting will be Glowing Purple - in Setup Mode.
Use HP Smart app to setup and connect the printer, it should be discoverable (refer to the videos).
Hope that helps!
