I have 2 issues, my HP web app says my serial number is the wrong printer version (6458 vs 6455 which it is) and moving to new home the printer is not finding the wifi, i have disconnected and reconnected tried all of the FAQ including power button and wifi button for 5 seconds and that only turns off the printer... and unable to hit WPS button on router.... this is very complex and wish i had a phone number to call.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:
On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.
Once done, please connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
Regarding the serial number - is it showing this only now or it was always the case? Basically all these fall under the same series of Envy 6450
