Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

My printer is printing the same text line multiple times. 6 times to be exact. I have turn it off then back on. I did a pin cleaning, I unplugged from printer and wall. The print for example looks like this

No mater what I print it prints the each line 6 times. Can anyone help me with fixing this?
