Hello! I am trying for some time now to connect my printer to the internet without success. The wireless is ok, the signal is strong, and all my network devices see my printer, but I cannot use the web services. My router can also see my printer. When I first got my printer everything was ok and working smoothly. At some point, I lost the connection, but I don't know exactly when. I have tried most of the suggestions, but nothing seems to work. Is there anyone who can help with this? Or does anyone know how I can contact hp support? I have only seen a questionnaire as support, which doesn't include my issue.
Thank you!

Hi @Olgal7,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We have to perform an NVRAM Reset to unlock the features of the printer and see if that works.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted. -
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
