Hi @Mathilda2 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP DeskJet 3630 won't connect to the new 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network after the change, you may need to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings on the printer. Here's a general guide on how to do this:
- Access the Control Panel: On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Setup menu. This might be accessed through a touchscreen or using physical buttons depending on the model.
- Select Wireless Setup Wizard: Look for options related to wireless setup. You may find an option like "Wireless Setup Wizard" or "Wi-Fi Setup."
- Choose your network: The printer will scan for available Wi-Fi networks. Select your new 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network from the list.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password: If prompted, enter the password for your Wi-Fi network. Make sure to enter it correctly.
- Complete the setup: Follow any additional prompts to complete the setup process. Once done, the printer should be connected to your new Wi-Fi network.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
