My Deskjet 3787 all-in-one printer isn’t letting me get into the EWS without a username & password.

Hi

i changed my wifi router connection and i am not able to connect to my printer via wifi . I tried to establish a new printer set up using the HP smart app and after providing the router name and password,  it prompts me for a user custom password that i completely ignore. 

I printed the WPS settings and loggin to the EBS hoping that i can do a password reset or apply factory settings. However i must log in using a username and a password that i do not remember setting these two before...

Please help
