Product: HP ENVY 5534 e-All-in-One Printer

printer display and print out shows it is connected to wifi, it syncs....presumably that means all is well. hP smart ink page asks me to connect it but i have tried everything such as rebooting,, checking wifi info and resetting password but it is connected.

Smart ink cannot update my page and ink usage
