I have two places to connect my printer. One through my Microsoft Windows settings and one through the HP Smart App. Both are needed it seems in order to print. The app says my printer is online, and it is. Under settings in Windows, it says it's offline. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer on both. I have disconnected and reconnected wifi both at the router and on the devices to ensure they didn't get changed somehow. Everything is set properly. I have always had an issue with my computer not finding my printer online when it is, but a simple reboot of the computer always fixed it. If not, then I went to my printer to find my computer. Now the printer no longer allowed Bluetooth to find a nearby device. It simply says to download the app. This is highly frustrating. It seems that something has changed in both HP software and Windows 11. It seems they are not recognizing each other properly. Of course, there is no human tech support so I'm hoping posting this will help. I have read other "tech support" suggestions regarding similar issues, but they are not helpful. All are offering the same suggestions found online. None of those work. It seems there is nothing but dead ends with help here.
