My printer stopped printing a month ago, and I have been going to the USPS store for my printing!

 

 do not know why, but it gets the signal to print and it prints, but the ink doesn’t show, and the ink level shows it has plenty of ink. I’ve tried everything and it just will not print out in ink so I can read it

Since you mentioned the ink levels look fine and the pages come out blank, I’d like to get a clearer picture before we move forward.

 

Could you let me know:

  • The exact HP printer model you’re using
  • Whether you’re printing in black, color, or both when this happens
  • If the issue occurs with all types of documents (like text, PDFs, or test pages)

This will help us understand whether it’s a hardware, cartridge, or software-related issue. Once I have those details, we can explore the right steps together.
