HP Deskjet 3052A e-All-in-One Printer - J611g

I switched from CenturyLink DSL Wi-Fi to Skylink Wi-Fi and the printer was working when both systems were running, then I unplugged Skylink and permanently mounted it and since then my printer will not print either with CenturyLink or skyline. I turn the printer on and the Wi-Fi flashes green but does not go to solid showing that it has connected. I have rebooted the Skylink router and with the printer in factory default position, but I still cannot print either through Skylink or CenturyLink routers.
