Hi @Swadinth00,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand that you're facing issues connecting your HP Ink Tank 410 Series printer to your home Wi-Fi network. Here are steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check Wi-Fi Network:

  • Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is working properly and that other devices can connect to it.
  • Check if you are entering the correct Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password on the printer.

Placement of Printer:

  • Make sure that the printer is within the range of your Wi-Fi router.
  • If there are obstacles or interference (such as other electronic devices) between the printer and the router, consider moving the printer closer to the router.

Restart Printer:

  • Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Allow the printer to complete its startup process before attempting to connect to Wi-Fi again.

Printer Settings:

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless or network settings.
  • Check if there's an option to "Restore Network Settings" or "Wireless Setup Wizard." Use these options to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings.

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer on the HP support website. If there are updates, install them as they may include improvements and bug fixes.

Router Settings:

  • Access your router's settings and ensure that it is broadcasting the Wi-Fi network on a compatible frequency (2.4GHz or 5GHz) supported by your printer.
  • Try temporarily disabling any MAC address filtering or security features on the router to see if it allows the printer to connect.

WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):

  • If your router supports WPS, you can try connecting the printer using the WPS method. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to use WPS.

HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility from the HP website. This tool can automatically diagnose and fix many common printer issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
