I have a HP Officejet Pro 8620 Printer that I am trying to wi-fi connect to my new Telstra Smart Modem Gen 3.  I have followed all the listed instructions with no success.  The printed report talks about MAC address filtering and adding the printer hardware address - MAC address to the router.  

 

I tried to log into the Smart Modem as suggested by Telstra Support but I have no idea how to do it there - MAC address filtering is enabled on the router, so I need to add the printer to the 'allowed' list. After a number of phone calls nobody at Telstra knows how to do it!!? . 

 

Any and all help is much appreciated.
