HP Recommended

My printer is on same wifi as my HP laptop and phone. Everytime I go to print, it's offline. I spend several minutes trying to get it back online, it prints, then it goes offline again next time I try to print. Please help I don't want to buy a new printer. And yes, its plugged in, on the same wifi and has paper, and yes, I've rebooted the computer, printer and phone. This is NOT the issue.
