My HP DeskJet 2755e is offline after losing internet service and WiFi. In the process of recovery I changed the router password. Now I can't connect with the printer. HP diagnostic give the following finding and solution:
"The WPA security passphrase configured on your HP printer does not match your wireless router setting."
SOLUTION "Run the wireless setup from the printer software to re-enter your wireless network WPA security passphrase."

HOWEVER, all attempts to run the wireless setup from the printer software fail because the printer is offline. Is there a way to reach a point where I could simply type in a correct password, or change the printer's stored password?

Please try a reset printer wireless and use HP Smart to setup and connect printer to the network again.
