I have recently upgraded my CenturyLink DSL Internet to 100mbps with a new dual band router and my printer lost connection to my Wi-Fi and will not reconnect and since I'm using HP instant Ink Cartridges it will no longer print anything but Printer info pages. I ordered some regular cartridges to see if installing them will allow me to print without Wi-Fi and hope that works. At this point I'm very disgusted with the whole thing. I feel HP should have a fix for this Printer to be able to connect to a dual band router with both 2.5GHz and 5Ghz networks with same name. I have extended warranty coverage for this printer and I think I would rather return the product for a full refund and I'm doubtful I will ever purchase another HP product. I have an LG Smart TV, Two Galaxy T-Mobile Cell Phones and other devices that have no problem connecting to the new router. This is very frustrating as I have an urgent need to print some documents.
