HP ENVY 6022 All-in-One Printer

My HP ENVY 6022 All-in-One Printer won't connect to the internet and always shows as offline. It did work and then it has suddenly stopped connecting. The app says there is no problem. I don't do jargon so would appreciate any help in plane speak. Thank you in anticipation.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

 

Press and hold Wireless button on the back of the printer for at least three seconds. Then the printer enters the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode. It keeps searching and waiting for the HP Smart app to connect within about two hours, and then stops searching.
