Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

All of a sudden I  could not print on my HP ENVY Pro 6452 printer will not print from either computer or on printer itself.  

Instead it shows a red "X" in a red circle, a green "down arrow" in green circle and to their side a blinking light.

Computer showed "printer off line".  How can I get my printer back on line?  Thanks
