Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 5530 wi fi printer worked fine with other network router. Just upgraded to Xfinity new Xfi Gateway and it does not find it, even using touch panel to input my network name and password. Any useful tips? Thanks

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are trying to connect the printer to your new router, I am glad to assist you.

Connect the product with the Wireless Setup Wizard

  • Start Wireless Setup Wizard. 
  • From the Home screen, touch the Wireless icon, and then touch Settings. 
  • Touch Wireless Setup Wizard. 
  • Connect to the wireless network.
  • Select your network from the list of detected networks. 
  • Follow prompts.
  • Install software.

You can install the printer using the HP Smart app
