My HP Envy 5660 printer stopped scanning to my PC.

Yesterday, my HP Envy 5660 printer/scanner/fax stopped sending scans to my PC. It has worked for years. The printer function still works fine.

I see that you are not able to scan. To assist you better,

• Are you trying to scan from the printer screen or the computer screen?
• Which app are you using to scan?
• Do you get any errors?

Use the HP Smart app to scan from your Win PC
