Hi I've had this HP Envy 6032e for about 18 months and while I don't have to use it that much, I'm generally really happy. However it's just stopped taking requests to print and says it is offline. I've tried turning it off and on, I have also tried rebooting my router both to no avail. I'm a bit stuck. Can anyone help? I tried using the HP virtual assistant but it couldn't understand what I wanted. I very much look forward to hearing from you! ATC72

Hi @ATC72
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
I get why this is frustrating—especially since your HP Envy 6032e has been working fine until now. Since you've already tried restarting the printer and router, let's go through some additional troubleshooting steps.
1. Check Printer Status in Windows
- Open Settings → Devices → Printers & Scanners.
- Click on your HP Envy 6032e and select Manage.
- Ensure Use Printer Offline is unchecked.
2. Reset the Printer’s Network Connection
- On the printer’s control panel, press the Wi-Fi button twice to turn Wi-Fi off and then back on.
- If that doesn’t work, go to Setup → Network Settings → Restore Network Defaults.
- Reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi using the Wireless Setup Wizard.
3. Remove & Reinstall the Printer
- Open Settings → Devices → Printers & Scanners.
- Remove the printer and restart your computer.
- Add the printer again using Add a Printer or Scanner.
4. Update Printer Firmware
- Install the latest firmware update from HP’s official page.
5. Check HP Community for Additional Fixes
- Some users have reported similar issues—check the HP Support Community for potential solutions.
Let me know if any of these steps help! I appreciate your patience while we work through this.
