Hi @Mggaro, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue of printing blank pages:

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your ink cartridges are not empty. Sometimes, even if the ink levels appear sufficient, the cartridges might need to be reseated.

Clean the Printhead:

  • On the printer's control panel, go to Settings > Printer Maintenance or Tools.
  • Look for the Clean Printhead or Cartridge Cleaning option and follow the on-screen instructions

Check for Ink Blockages or Clogs:

  • Open the printer's access panel and remove the ink cartridges.
  • Check the printhead area for any dried ink or debris. Gently clean the printhead with a soft cloth lightly moistened with water or a printhead cleaning solution. Be careful not to touch the contacts on the cartridge or printhead.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Updating your printer's firmware can fix issues with the printing process. You can do this through the HP Smart App or manually from the HP support website

Run a Printer Diagnostic:

  • Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool to diagnose and fix common printing problems. This tool can be downloaded from the HP support website

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
