Product: HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer

I changed my Wi-Fi recently and I’m having an issue connecting my printer to the new Wi-Fi. I cannot get out of the WPS setup page and it doesn’t let me press the start button to start WPS setup. I have tried a factory reset and every time it directs me to this same screen and won’t let me bypass the screen and setup manually.
