I have had several reports of this into HP but this situation continues to recur; I go to print and nothing happens. The blue wireless dot is on and the indication on my computer screen from the HP Smart app says that printing is in progress. The only way I can seem to remedy this is by unplugging the printer and waiting about 30 seconds and after I plug the power cable back in, it usually works. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries. The printer is about 3 years old. I have reported this at least 3 times to HP who have been very helpful in getting the printer working, but unfortunately, this problem keeps repeating. I do not use my printer every day, and wondering if I should power it off each time I use it?
This printer is connected to a Mac on macOS Sonoma 14.1.2, not listed in your drop down menu. Is this printer not compatible with this version go MacOS, perhaps?
Any help would be appreciated. Otherwise, the printer is perfect, and I hate to replace it since it appears there is no resolution to this issue.

Hi @AR900,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with printing wirelessly on your printer.
Please follow the steps below to connect your printer to the network again as the service provider was changed.
1) Uninstall the HP smart app by click on this link, Restart the computer or mobile device to clear possible error conditions.
2) Enable Wi-Fi setup mode: When you turn on your printer for the first time, it is temporarily placed in Wi-Fi setup mode so that it can be discovered during setup. Use the printer control panel to restore Wi-Fi setup mode, and then set up the printer again. Go to Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer for more information.
3) Refer to this link to use the HP smart app on your phone/tablet/PC to add a printer.
4) Update the printer firmware using this link.
Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
