I’ve been having this issue for awhile but I lost power a couple of months ago, when I got power back, my printer rebooted. It will NOT connect to my computer nor to my wifi, I’ve tried everything and now I’m in need to use it because school has started for me and can’t because it won’t connect and I can’t find any troubleshoot options that I haven’t already tried.

General help for new modem
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
3 - HP Smart help with printer connection.

Please provide the exact model name of the printer for better assistance as there may be videos to show how to connect.

Also, let me know if you have a flex system (WiFi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is more complicated.
