Hello.
My HP M110we printer is showing in HP smart and everywhere as HP M110w.

At first it was not a problem but lately I get an annoying notification and every time I turn it on the printer prints a warning that there is something wrong with my account and I should check in app. If not I will not be able to print soon.

 

When I checked, it told me to contact support. I did so but for some reason every time I try adding the printer with serial number to make a stupid ticket for support it tells me that it is for some reason unavailable.

 

Did someone experience somethig similiar. Yes I tried to factory reset. It just showed back up as m110w. And Yes it is m110we.

The issue you are experiencing with your HP M110we showing as HP M110w and receiving account-related notifications can be frustrating. Here's a structured approach to resolve this issue:

1. Verify HP Smart Account

Ensure that your HP Smart account is properly configured and that the printer is correctly added to your account:

Log In to HP Smart:

  • Open the HP Smart app or go to the HP Smart website (hpinstantink.com) and log in with your account credentials.

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure that the printer is listed under your devices. If it shows any issues, follow the on-screen prompts to resolve them.

2. Remove and Re-add the Printer

Try removing the printer from your HP Smart account and then adding it back:

  • Go to the HP Smart app or website, find your printer under devices, and remove it.
  • Click on Add Printer and follow the setup process, entering the printer's serial number and ensuring it is connected to the same network as your computer.

3. Check Printer Firmware and Software

Ensure that both the printer firmware and the HP Smart app are up to date:

Update Firmware:

  • Visit the HP Support website and search for your printer model (HP M110we).Download and install the latest firmware update.

Update HP Smart App:

  • Ensure that you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your device.

4. Factory Reset the Printer

Perform a factory reset to ensure all settings are reverted to default:

  1. Factory Reset:
    • Turn off the printer and unplug it.Wait for a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
    • Reset the printer to factory settings through the printer’s control panel.

Check HP Instant Ink Enrollment

If your printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink, ensure that your account is active and correctly configured:

  1. Log In to HP Instant Ink:
    • Go to hpinstantink.com and log in with your credentials.Check your subscription status and make sure your payment inform
