Hello @Rajiv1111, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that your HP Ink Tank 410 printer is showing as Offline. This usually means your computer cannot communicate with the printer, even if the printer is powered on. The cause may be a paused print queue, a temporary connection issue, or an outdated printer connection in Windows.

Try the following steps in order to bring your HP Ink Tank 410 back online.

1. Check the printer's offline status in Windows

  1. Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
  2. Select your HP Ink Tank 410 and click Open print queue.
  3. Open the Printer menu in the print queue window.
  4. If Use Printer Offline or Pause Printing is selected, click it to turn it off.
  5. If neither option is selected, continue to the next step.

2. Clear any stuck print jobs

  1. A stalled print job can prevent subsequent documents from printing.
  2. Open the HP Ink Tank 410 print queue.
  3. Select the pending jobs and choose Cancel or Cancel all documents, depending on the options available.
  4. Wait for the queue to clear, then try printing again.
  5. Only cancel jobs that you are comfortable discarding; you may need to resend them afterward.

3. Restart the printer and connection

  1. Restarting the devices can resolve temporary communication problems.
  2. Turn off the printer and unplug its power cord.
  3. Wait 30–60 seconds, then reconnect the power cord and turn the printer on.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. If the printer uses Wi-Fi, restart your router and wait until the network is fully operational before testing the connection again.
  6. If you use a USB connection, check that the cable is securely connected and try another USB port if necessary.

4. Restart the Windows Print Spooler

  1. If the printer remains offline and you are using Windows, restart the service that manages print jobs.
  2. Press Windows + R.
  3. Type services.msc and press Enter.
  4. Find Print Spooler in the list.
  5. Right-click it and select Restart.
  6. Try printing again.
  7. This can clear temporary problems with Windows' print-job processing.

5. Run HP's printer diagnostic tool

  1. If the issue continues, open the HP app on your computer and look for Diagnose & Fix, if available. Follow the on-screen instructions to check for printer communication issues.
  2. If the printer is connected over Wi-Fi, also confirm that it is connected to the correct network. If the wireless connection has been lost, reconnect the printer using the setup instructions for your specific Ink Tank 410 model.

If your HP Ink Tank 410 still shows Offline

Please let me know:

  1. Are you using Windows 10, Windows 11, or macOS?
  2. Is the printer connected through Wi-Fi or USB?
  3. Does the printer's wireless light remain solid, blink, or stay off?
  4. Can you print from another computer or phone, if available?

These details will help determine whether the problem is with the printer's connection, the computer's print queue, or the printer configuration.
